front end adjusters??
Has anyone got links to detailed pics, or a decent set of instructions for installing those weld in adjusters ?? I bought a set , they don't come
with directions...It's a balljoint front and I wanna raise the front to match the rear. Any help greatly appreciated.

get some one like custom off road to put them in for .

I'm in Sydney, so the freight would be a killer.
I asked one place but $250 to make 4 drop saw cuts and 4 mig welds seemed pretty steep. I employ welder fabricators so would have appreciated some
sort of guide, map, instructions by way of support from the vender. We'll do it here, it'll be done properly and that particular vender won't get
another cent out of me.

I will be putting some in in a couple of weeks. If you can wait that long I will take some pics. But a brief set of instuctions is to:
1) mark where the position of each grub screw is in the middle section you cut out on a section you dont cut out so you can align the new
adjusters.
2) cut out the middle section of one torsion tube, cutting out the same width as the new adjuster which is to be welded in. Only do one tube at a time
so it stays aligned etc. You could also weld a bit of flatbar or angle across the section you cut out and leave it in there until the new section is
welded in.
3) Chamfer the edges of the cut so the weld goes all the way through
4) Depending on what brand and how high/low you want to go determines what angle you put the enw adjuster. If you want to make the middle of the
adjustment standard height for example, you would weld the new adjuster in so that the middle of the adjustment is the same angle as the original grub
screw on the bit that came out. But be careful, the external screw on the new adjuster might not be the same as the one that holds the torsion leaves
in, it might be at 90degress or whatever like my previous ones were.

as long as you weld them in and end up with a straight beam then go for it
usually put the lowest setting on the adjuster where the standard bolt goes
make sure you mark where that is
place the adjuster central to the beam mark it both sides for width
then cut out centre section
place in adjustable centre section so the bottom is in standard place
then tack weld in making sure your beam is straight
then weld it out
