[FS - VIC] 73 Bay - cheap but good, funds for motorbike needed:)

hey guys
i put the girl up for sale about 6 months ago (please see link below), but as there where no takers back then i kept her..... basically she still gets driven once a week and due to my new motorcycle L plates im looking to sell her again to buy myself a honda spada 250 to get to work on (will consider a swap for a decent naked 250 too)

Few things changed from the original ad

- Done another couple of hundred KM's :) seriously i drive to caulfeild from st kilda once a week for band practice
- Doesnt blow black smoke - (was a dirty carbie) but i would still recommend a look at the engine casue it misses now and then (perhaps points or dirty carbie, should be no biggie i had a vw mechanic look at it a few months back and he said the motor looked good...just had an oil change, tune and carbies cleaned)
- $2600 ONO, comes with 5-6 months reg (march) but no RWC (sorry no time to do this)
- Shes dirtier than the pics...it is parked under trees and although the dirt is easiely removable with a high pressure hose i have not done this. Mainly the white roof
- brakes still work good, but from memory the vw mechanics recommended new pads or something (sorry was a little while back)

Thats all i can think of now...i will put her on carsales or similar in the next week or so if no one is interested.

Cheers

hey thanks for the call butmonkey!

i probably should have made it a bit clearer but the 250 bike swap is only a consideration and it would have to be an easy transaction (i.e. in VIC)...i am actually after a $3000-$4000 Honda spada plus cash if required (or VTR250) hopefully with less than 30K on the odometer....it is going to be a dialy rider so needs to be up to scratch

the above are slight odds i know...but the bus is still a great deal :)
