VWFREAKS Invade SUMMERNATS 2008 (Definite numbers required ASAP)
VWFREAKS Invade SUMMERNATS 2008
The Mission:
Should you choose to accept it?
To infiltrate the biggest Muscle car and Ricer show in Australia (Summernats) and convert these Neanderthals to fun loving, crazy VWFREAKS, or at
least have a laugh trying.
Seriously guys, the intention is to try and coordinate as many VW’s to attend Summernats 2008.
As most people would know Summernats is dominated by the Muscle and Ricer Rev Heads. The plan is to educate these individuals in the way of the Dak
Dak. Given the way the VW scene has reinvented it’s self in recent years I think it’s worth showing exactly what VW scene is really made of.
So if you’ve got a Sleeper, Old School, Modified, Rat, Show, Drag or just plain crazy Volkswagen, drop me a line if you’re interested in
attending. The earlier we book the cheap it is.
Please keep me informed when your attendance is confirmed. Further details will become available closer to the event.
Interested parties should contact: “ Peter Bone”

Yeah for sure, I've been down twice now and its great.
My mate is hoping to have his 2J HR ready for it and if he does we will be trailering it down(as opposed to flying), if he is going a road trip with
his car in tow, then I'd do the same and bring the 59 down for sure!

Got my tickets today, let the preparation begin.
My son (Jack) and I have decided to put a new spin on the old Tits or Rubber sign, we thought something a little more tasteful, "Show us ya Vee Dub
bonnet". He's only 5, so were working up to the tits or rubber.
Catcha all there.

I'll be there as always but without my bug. Unless I get the engine back together very soon. Check out this link for spectator prices
http://www.summernats.com.au/tickets.htm
It seems that a 4 day pass is $98 without camping. buying the tickets daily is the only other option and it adds up to way more than the 4 day pass.
