Exhausting Extractors


Finding it frustrating to source muffler and/or extractor systems for early square back, any ideas, phone numbers, suggestions? Thanks Adam

ISP West have 'over the top' exhaust setups for $125US.
I got one, it cost me $280AUS to the door including shipping.

Mine is for a the twin carb setup and it fits fine. They have an ebay webpage.

Dont know if you can still get them, but you used to be able to buy a piece that allowed you to fit up a standard 2L Kombi muffler with the type3 heater boxes

I just looked at the ISP WEST link and there is no heat shield to protect the air intake bellows, I think this would cause problems eventually.

Thankyou all very much for your input, just bought a T3 for next to nicks so the '65 will be off the road till i find what i'm looking for...ahhhh, the joys of owning an antique on wheels, keeps me in the poor house but i'm a happy man, cheers again, Adam
