need info for school project
hey
we need some info on some famous designers so im doin Volkswagen designers preferbably the older VW's (pre '79)
anyone got any sites etc or book write ups?

J Mays and Freeman Thomas. They did the New Beetle. 
Both J Mays and Freeman Thomas have moved elsewhere, but they have produced some of the world's must have cars before and after this. Like the
TT, GT40, Thunderbird, etc.
J Mays has a much higher profile despite his one letter name.
I think Freeman Thomas is the better designer - he did the 959, TT, and a few others.
