well its either a very early oval but most prob a split 
tell by the windscreen 
its got a pre zwitter split lhd gaurd with the round horn grille but the rhs is the later oval type 
 
gives it abit of a goonies look

I don't see the bump in the centre over the windscreen that splits have. 
maybe it's an oval with an earlier guard?
