Are you related to anyone famous?
I had a grandfather that was a high up member of the French resistance in WWII.
Not that famous I suppose. What about anyone else?

But a girlfriend dumped me in the 80's to go out with the lead singer from Chocolate Starfish. That'll do. LOL.

Besides Uncle Mal, Uncle Bernie and Aunty Dawn?
I used to be famous at school. People used to always point and say... "there goes janelle's brother"
I used to be famous when I had my first kombi. Got cheap fuel, free accomodation.... and held up a lot by people wanting a chat. Jo pointed out to me
that there there is a commodore driving member of a valiant forum with a picture of my kombi as his avatar. Sorry for the outing Jo.
I live 2 doors up from the mother of the lead singer of rogue traders. Thats as close to stardom as I come.

Haha no probs :P
My last name is McLean.. so i'm part of the McLean clan. The castle in the movie "entrapment" it the McLean clan family castle in scotland!
Also, a star of that movie (Sean Connerey) is also part of the McLean clan, as is Billy Connoly.
Not sure what the deal is with the different last names but this is what my grandfather told me. He'd been researching the family heratige for years.

People always point at me and say 'Jesus Christ, look who's turned up!" Really though my younger sister was in 'Friends' for six episodes and she was also in 'Face off'. She also was a stand in on
Ed TV if anyone's heard of that one and a couple of others that I can't remember. I have some cousins who starred in some very famous court cases in
London some years back

famous peeps... LOL
I used to live in NYORA victoria, & they filmed the TV series (ABC) "SOMETING IN THE AIR" on location there,
I was cast as an extra many times on location & at the studio, they even cast my jack russell dog "Mr.Malibu" for xtra $50 cash on arrival per
day a couple of times! but he never got on TV, he was so short & always got cut of shot, but still got the xtr $$$$$ !!!
he did however make himself known by picking a blu with a german sheparrd when we were waiting for our cue, which caused the crew to stop shooting
scene b'cause of the big load runkus,
he is 12 yrs old now, so bit mellow these dayz, although still spoilt to bitz.
little dissapointed my cute pound mutt didn't make the small screen ( he is georgeous ) , a jack, russell version of the" MALIBU " rum drink ad
dog (more cute) that was around in the 90's...& I rescued him from a pound in 96 & another one since then for company.
...well.... not famous but an experience I thought I'd share,
was bit of fun, got make-up, hair do's.. papered etc.... yummy meals...& I got quite a few days pay $$
cheers Charmaine...

We must be distantly blood related then buddy.
Slim Dusty was my Great Great uncle. My grandmother used to sit on his lap as he played songs to her on the porch of the old home. Neva met the man
though, would have been good to have before he passed.
Probably explains where the subliminal guitar influence came from.

I was brought up on a story in my family that we are related to Horatio Nelson, on the distaff side (the female side) through his ilegitimate daughter
by Lady Emma Hamilton.
Not only on the distaff side, but on the wrong side of the blanket.
Recent research has shown that it is not so, so the answer is, "No. I'm not related to anyone who is famous."

Guy Pearce was walking his mutts and had a good chat to my neighbors dog a few weeks back, does that count!
My brush with fame was in the early 90's, i was in the RAAF, based in richmond nsw and worked on the VIP/ air refueller fleet of b707 aircraft, one
aircraft was tasked to ferry the Queen about. When the GH cleaned out the shitter afterwoods (the queen was the only person to have access to this
toilet) he saved her brown trout and stuck it in a jar where it had pride of place in our smoko room. So one day I can tell my kids that I held the
Queens shit in my hot little hands, and ive gotta say i could see the family resemblance
