Bug Cam Huntley Hillclimb 1991

Going through some old videos, found this one from 1991, Bug Cam in my old 1957 Oval Beetle, 1st run of the day, gets a bit loose at the end. This is also before Huntley was smoothed out, it was very rough as you can see.

I have one of Jeff's green '76 Bug, I will try and get one posted this afternoon.

Here is another of my Oval. this is before the Turbo, It was powered by an 1835 with IDA's Engle 140 cam, also had a stock uncounterweighted crank, it only lasted a year before flogging the case out.

And one of Stan trying a bit too hard.

This is Jeff Unwin from Hell Bug's Green '76 Beetle, I think this had a 74 x 90.5 IDA'd Berg engine and was unbeatable for quiet a while, I don't remember the times, maybe some one knows?

thanx Dave

i'm getting so amped for this weekend now!!......

.....jeffs motor may have been as stroked as 77.5mm (custom), the amount of work in the welded berg heads blows me away, ended up with GB 319/engle KB 424 cam........ hopefully be pulling it down and refreshing in the next 12 months.........ali case, haltech E8 and off to Warwick 09
