Looks like it's had a respray from the 80's. I remember this being either a Hot VW's or VW Trends feature car with a different colour scheme. Got
to love the old S&S quietpacks there.

I must say, I certainly appreciate all the great work that has gone into this car. I guess when I look at any car, I am more looking for things that I
like, and not whinging about things that I don't like. I would love to see the paint job in real life - I think it is the only way to form a definite
oppinion, but if it still didn't do much for me, I would be looking at that interesting suspension, engine, and, well, nearly anything you look at on
the car (at least, in the pictures).

Wow. The machine work on the suspension is awesome, if not a little chunky. Love the twin blowers. Hate the wheels and paint job and flush fit side
glass though. What is it about karmann ghia showcars looking crap? Rex Webster built a yellow convertible one years ago. We saw it at summernats.
Quality was excellent, but it looked like dog $hit with no roof and centreline wheels with graphics. Just my opinion.

silence please....

All that engineering, and a set of useless tyres are installed.*
Then, there is that hideous combination of purple paint, graphics and those wheels... f#@$!!!
That thing is horrible!
