67 Beetle
This may seam like a silly question.....but hey I am new on the scene regarding VW's.
Just would like to know if I need to somehow reinforce the shell after i remove it from the chassis, as will be taken to be blasted (cleaned up).
Also i have noticed that many places sell rust repair panels floor pans, guards, etc, etc, however do any of them sell doors/engine lid/bonnet in
steel of course, and in regards to replacement panels etc, who would be a recommended supplier with quality items.

Hi
its best to use 2nd hand good doors etc...
New doors are usually not as heavy as the originals...
Guards, engine lid , boot lid, doors...
go for all good used ones..
for the replacement rust panels...
best to ask about... the brazilian panels and the chinese or taiwanese panels are made from very light metal and don't normally fit too well...
