[FS - QLD] BAJA
I have been undecided on if i really want to sell my Baja for a while now, but my wife is needing somthing bigger for work so its time for her to move
on..
This Baja has doen the rounds, i brought it from pete at custom offroad just over 2 years ago and it had alreayd had a fortune spent on it. Since i
have owned it i have put a small fortune into her and just about done everything to it
Its fully enginered and papered for NSW and QLD
In the last 2 years its had
full engine rebuild=EA82T
full repaint with top end 2pac products ( bear in mind i use this offroad hard and although its in VERY good conditon it does have a few chips, also i
didnt do it as a show car as it was always going to be used hard offroad,the picture are true to how it looks now)
All new rubbers
All new dials (bar speedo)
Rear has been rewired and a Microtech lt10 installed to replace the standard ecu
Hand controller mounted under dash for ease of use
New rad and fans
Custom made unifilter
Rebuilt master cylinder with stainless steel sleves
Rear calipers rebuilt the same
Fronts re-kited
New link and king pins ( 3 weeks ago)
New tie rod ends (3 weeks ago)
New steering box
New clutch
New custom offroad coil over shocks
New Steering damper
Custom made 3 inch manifold with VF10 turbo with top mount cooler,duel stage boost controller(not fitted yet but will be if wanted)
lots of little things have been done but i have only listed the main things.
It drives well on road with plenty of power and off road its fantastic, my only complaint is the suspension is a tad soft for my driving style but
thats just me and can be easily over come if wanted.
I am looking for a Microbus bay window, would love it to be subaru powered as i want A/C, i am not intrested in another project in respect of rust but
paint works not an issue as it will be resprayed to my wifes work colours
Any deal considered, buy out right,stright swop,swop and cash either way. All depends on whats out there.
I am not going to give it away and can provid papar work amounting to nearly 35/40 grand that has been spent on it. If i cant find a buyer/trade i
will put her in the shed and find a micro bus to do
this was the dyno before all the work had been carried out, if wanted i will send it down and have it re dyno'd to show power gains from rebuild/Ecu
install.
i have since fitted rear mudflaps that are not shown in these pictures.
This car draws attention where ever it goes and to date i have only had positive things said to me. I have even managed to convert a few locals to
Baja's since they saw/have been in mine
