[WTB - NSW] DC or SC

G'day all. New to the forum so be patient. Finally in a position in life where I can fulfil a dream (or will it be a nightmare?) of owning a VW. Looking for a DC preferably but will consider SC. No cap on the budget, suffice to say that I am useless with tools and want a vehicle that needs little or no work, is reliable, and if work is required, can still be used a a daily driver. Live in NW NSW so the nearest VW expert spanner monkey is ilkely to be on the coast or Newcastle. Am I dreaming? Where should I look other than flea bay or this forum?

What year are you after? I've got a '76 DC that I'm thinking of parting with. Needs a lot of work though. 3.5-4k.

plus i'm in Melbourne

Thanks but looking for a ride where all the hard work is done...I have no time, inkling, or inclination to work on a project myself. Just want something that is presentable (for my business), reliable, and registerable.
