Decal origins? (got pic now...!)
I was wondering if anyone out there knows of any info of this decal on my '54. The previous owner claims it is as old as the car... i dunno.. Any
comments?

YEs its an Origional sticker and they were made by VW many years ago.
They were origionally a water transfere that you had to soak in water and then apply to the glass
These have been reproduced in recent years and the sticker has a clear backing that has sticky surface so it can be stuck to the glass.
I have one on my Sea Blue.
