Careful with things on Gumtree - unregulated.

You can "buy" a $100k motorhome with pop-out sides for $15k, just need to transfer $$ into random offshore account and the guys cousin will call you to arrange a time to maybe show you it!!!! :crazy:

this sale was legit.

I think common sense is all you need when purchasing something, be it ebay, trading post, gum tree or what ever.

If the person is willing to let you look at the item and cash / item are exchanged at the same time, your all good.
