narrowed front beam and rear end


ive seen the idea thrown around a few times on here but have any members on here actually put a narrowed front beam or narrowed the rear end of a type 3..once again just throwing ideas around....ive done a bit or research on a few other forums but none are australian so thought id ask for some local knowledge,

Mmmm there are options , there is a bloke in the Us doing narrowed type 3 trailing arms.... Most type 3s running a narrowed beam use a narrowed type 1 beam with dropped spindles, the major negative whit this is that you have to lop off the lower beam fram horns. This would make the veversal of this modifcation hard to reverse.
