Hello!
Hello!
I'm new to this forum and new to beetles. I've come here to hopefully find out more about owning a beetle.
Eventually, I'll be looking for a simple beetle to use on a daily basis. Some questions I would like to ask are.. what should I look for in a Beetle?
What is the best way to maintain it and keep costs low? What are the common problems? Are parts difficult to find? etc.
Any help would be much appreciated. See you around the forum!
Cheers,
P |

Parts for beetles after mid sixties are not to hard to fit. Mechanicals can always to replaced/repaired. Rust in body can cost a lot unless you repair
yourself. Do some searches and look through the threads on this site and you'll get the idea. If you fill out some profile details such as location
you could probably find some people in your area to help. Welcome to the forum and be warned VW's are like a disease that takes over your life.
What my garage isn't messy........Well chaos is a form of order isn't it?
