greg mackie are you holding out on us?

I was given a link to that 120 pages nostalgia thread on autosport.com because it contains a pic of 1966 huntley results. I then found your thread. http://forums.autosport.com/index.php?showtopic=143157&hl=huntley&st=0

I have registered there and I can log in etc but I cant seem to post anything. Would like to ask that guy for any pics he has of huntley. Cars, track, spectator areas and anything. Could you tell me the secret to posting or ask on my behalf?

Thanks
Chris

It takes a couple of days before you can post there, Chris. There is some interesting stuff on that Nostalgia Forum - I've only scratched the surface so far. I'll email the VWs at Huntley Photos.

Cheers, Greg

Hi Greg

I just a read through that post on Autosport, interesting stuff. They may be interested to know that VWs still hold there own in hillclimbs.

You should invite a few of them out to Club Vee Dub super sprint in May to have look how this ancient design still works.

Hi Greg,

My parent's neighbor Malcolm, who owns a bash car, was chatting to the Bargwana's who mentioned that they had a neighbor who races Volkswagens.... Greg somebody. So in case the word doesn't filter back to you.

I'll consult the grape vine for more details.

I assume you'll be competing at the VW Nats. I'd love to follow you around for a few laps to watch and learn. :tu:
