rebuilding 71 super transmission

I have stripped and found 2nd gear syncro no good. How hard is it to rebuild, do i need any special tools. I have large range including press etc.

Also want to replace all syncros ! & 2 same internal diametre and 3&4 same internal diametre. syncro plates and springs.
