At least it wsn't the Kombi!
Our Toyota Lexcen station wagon got ripped off last night and taken for a good thrashing. The #$%^s threw the kiddies seats into the streets somewhere
(since recovered phew) and the vehicle itself was recovered later today.
Drove it home using a screwdriver to start it because all the ignition has ben ripped out the much of the console is smashed and stupid things like
they smashed the interior lights and broke windows on the driver's side
As depressing as it is because it's a real pain to go from two cars to one for juggling dropping off and picking up of kids.....
AT LEAST IT WASN'T THE KOMBI

That's a bummer, dude. Glad you got your car back, though.
Sometimes, with the grief insurance companies put people through to save a buck here or there in their quest for ever high insane profits, it's
amazing there are as few burnt out wrecks as there are at the moment.

yeh you are lucky to see it again. My suzuki GSXR1000 was only 6 months old when they broke my back door in to get under the house and took it all
while I was at work and during broad daylight. |

My Dad's Twincab Ford Courier Ute got stolen from outside our house about a year ago. The scarey part was that they forced open one of our side
doors on our house and went and found the car keys on the kitchen bench in the middle of the night while my parents, siblings and I were asleep!:o
Luckily some cops found the ute parked in the carindale parking i think acroos the road from the police station and it had been there a week... We
towed it for safety's sake. It was in pretty good nick considering. The tray had a massive pile of cigarette butts in it and several syringes
were found in the seats pointing up later on. Not cool... We found out later that there was at least three of them and they had probably stolen the
ute to use to ransack and rob several houses in our area. After that episode i started sleeping with my cricket bat and imitation Samurai sword next
to my bed...scarey stuff
