Chalk board paint?
OK, most of you will think that i have lost my mind, but is it possable to paint a car in chalk board paint? I want to paint my ute flat black so it
would look right, and i would have the added bonus of being able to draw on my car. Any advice?
Thanks,
Alex.

It might not be a good idea, because when you get pulled over the police might make you write "I must not speed" 100 times on your car!

Me, I thoroughly approve.
Might not be the most practical idea, but it'd be pretty cool if you pull it off! There's a Hippy festival in Victoria (usually held on or
near the NSW border) each year that you really should take it to...

some friends of mine used it for the interior of their camper, but went standard matt black on the outside, before re-painting in shiney black.....
great idea tho, lots of fun to be had at shows with a few packs of coloured chalk...

I don't think chalk board paint would be the answer, but maybe a satin finish paint which is not Shiny and not too flat...
the chalk should be able to be washed off better with satin black....
Just remember that with any matt black type of surface - it gets so hot in the summer You could burn yourself on the paintwork very easily....

only selected parts in black ... and I didn't do it.....

Im pretty sure you can get dark green chalkboard paint as well. I think i saw it in a childs room on changing rooms or something. This may help with
the heat issue.
