[WTB:BNE] Front clip - 50's

Has anyone got a front clip to suit a 54? I think they are the same to around 63-ish?
I need from about the middle of the fuel fuel tank forward. I don't care about the condition of the front tray (that the brake reservoir sits on) and the vertical bit in front of the fuel tank that the ID plate is bolted to.
Thanks, Simon

(If anyone has a frame head too, I'd love to hear from you!)

hey simon, i think you need a circa '60ish down clip as there is a pressing for the fusebox on the pass side.

what was wrong with the framehead i left at nug's? do you need one with the "wings" on it? i was worried about chopping them up but you had them dashed out in the pic. do you need it cut back behind the firewall spreader? too late to suit?

i'll see if i can sort you out another one.

The shape at the back of the shroud was different at the back. We can cut about 2" behind the front and use it, but it introduces a higher chance of misalignment than replacing the whole shroud. I figure I'd have another go at sourcing an earlier one before chopping into yours.

I recall seeing a '56 oval minus the rear cut at Volksrecycle in Melbourne- give Rick a call on 0448 111 211.

Cheers
