The original ones were clear and made from plastic with a vw emblem on them
I think the Australia ones may have had the Kangaroos on them??
West coast metric are just rubber blanking grommets..
and cannot have the VW emblem because of VWoA copyright
Maybe VW Brasil or Mexico make them??

good news..
Mine got painted over.. lol
so they are silver...
its great that VW of America is stopping these small parts being made again..??
I'll have to see if My Son has some of these in His parts jars..lol
