Flywheel Weights

I have a stock 2oomm flywheel. I'm chasing a little more performance and would like to know if lightening the flywheel is an option. Also, what should it weigh when done?
Who can do it??

totally depends on the rest of the mods you are doing to the engine, if it is stock leave the fly wheel standard.
