58 long torison bar springplates
hiya i have a 58 beetle i am doing
got the longer style torsion bar setup but have just got some adjustable spring plate to suit the short torsion set up
just a questions
i have got the shorter torsion bars to put in but what else will have to be done to make the adjustables springplates fit ??

you will need the different spring plate retainer that holds the rubber grommet, you need the one that doesn't have the hole through it.
