Formula Vee Nationals - Wakefield Park 27-28 Oct (FREE ENTRY FOR SPECTATORS)

For those who like their Volkswagens without original body shells the Formula Vee Nationals are on this weekend at Wakefield Park 27-28 October. Entry for spectators is free, the racing should be pretty intense as this is the test to see who is the best Vee driver in the country.

More info see http://www.fvansw.asn.au

Great news ... free entry for specators on both Saturday and Sunday

... maybe we should organised a swap meet. The Vee crowd probably have a lot of bits they don't need for their cars hanging around. ;)

I would be there if I was still in Sydney; would be a great day!

Are the historic vees' running a feature race as well?

There will be two Historic Vee's running with the 1200 (hope they don't embarrass the current spec guys too much).

The Historic Vees highlight of the year is the Tasman Revivavl at Sydney Motorsport Park (Eastern Creek) on from the 23-25 th November. Hopefully the very high entry fee won't have hurt the numbers too much for that event.

I heard rumours that formula vee has been approached as a support race for the Australian F1 GP? Does anyone know something about this?

You bringing up entry fees reminded me as the GP would be exxy as well
