Valve job for 2 litre heads


I'm looking for some one to do a valve job on a pair of German 2 litre heads in Sydney ( north side preferred ). Who can you recommend.

Look for a cylinder head reconditioners in the Yellow pages and then phone to make sure they don't mind doing aircooled heads as some do.

Nearest one to me in Brissy cost $450 for new guides, valves and studs. He said it woulda been $600 but felt guilty for such an old donk ;)

Thanks Ian. I can google no problems but I was actually after a shop some one could recommend. A VW engine lives or dies by the quality of its heads. There are plenty of shops around who will do them, I'm looking for someone who does them well.
