Seat covers Rob, Just re-trimmed the back in vinyl to match.
It maybe a rat but you gotta be comfy. Front seats wont have covers and there's no carpet on the inside
just cool mats to match the seat covers.
With any luck might get roadworthy on Friday.

Guard and moustache turned up today (many thanks to Dino)
Moustache is already fitted and looks great.
Trial fitted the guard and another thumbs up
Got the stereo working tonight double thumbs up
Two more rims getting stripped and painted ready for two more cheese cutters.
That light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter by the day.
Might even post some pics on the weekend.
Don't want to peak to early.

Zac only problems I can see is thay the guard isn't on yet, the front seats aren't in and it doesn't have a steering wheel or any back wheels.
lucky the inspector is coming to me but everything should be in by the time he arrives. Which reminds me I'd better ring him..doh

Smacked my head on the notch this afternoon and when the dust cleared i decided i want to put white walls on the notch.

The pictures of the Karman look very nice but you would think that the owner would have fixed the suspension before he took those picture's, he must
have forgot to put the torsion bars in or something!

had fun down on the dirt roads with dad...oops, wrong list

Lou and I got home at around 1 am this morning.....after picking up Dr L from his mum's place..
We went to the Whitsundays for a week.....and got tanned!!!! :thumb
I scuba dived (twice) for the first time...it was awesome....I love it and can't wait to get a license to dive!!!:bounce:bounce I'ds always wanted
to do it...
I'm downloading 276 pics at the moment and aboput to watch 'Finding Nemo'...

The Notch (or the rat as my 5 yr old daughter now calls it) passed its roadworthy y'day. Be Reg'd by the end of the week. If I get the new exhaust
system this week might even drive it out to the Winter Nationals.
It's like driving a limo compared to the beetle.

I got some elephant ear mirrors & chrome trimmed indicator lenses for my birthday & also a gift voucher for auto barn which i'll probably use
for seatbelts!

hey guys sorry i havent been around things have been crazy atm.
good to here about the notch kafer, also sounds like the splitty is making some real good progress now splitty chick
i blew the second engine in the kombi which sucked as well as blowing the brake master cylender  but the brakes are getting done today and tomorrow im taking my spare engine in and getting my mate to start the rebuild 4
me while im at school, and ill help out when ever i can :thumb
