steve, you held out on me! did you source it locally or online? move the water/oil bit or just add to the bottom of that?
simon - you find me some & ill think about it, best i can do is a 9.5 occasionally in a close enough to fit offset, 10s dont give much room for
error

Hi Dave
I bought it from Ebay USA, it was cheaper than going through Canton. The user name I bought it from was bonacore-speedshop

oh, its nothing major but ive almost got this in...
hopefully have it sorted by the weekend, how many times have i said that though

oooook.... so its been a looong day, got up, picked up mustard, mowed, got gearbox in position, measured for axles, fixed toe-in issues, pondered fuel
system and installed rear lights, gotta love genuine VW ones, they guard/base/lense actually looks like its made for each other (re-POOP elephants
feet SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!)
anywho, spose i should get some pics up, very very very happy with progress currently, would be better if my sister didnt have my damn hammer tho but
no huge drama
anyway, considering putting a surge in this location currently, not sure ive thought about it enough to justify making something to fit just yet
hopefully you can work out where it is from the pics, looking under from the base of the strut/control arm up to the section opposite side the master
cylinder, thoughts?

Well, dave is a perfectionist!!
and, who knows what money will hold!
Sides, my brakes and suspension look like they will be happening next weekend! Yaya! And, clutch + cable (from dave, which I hope he has measured for
you!), gearbox mounts, and new exhaust during the week... Wooo!

I laughed at it, yeah. When he gets annoyed at me, he starts calling me
that now. Also, it was either that or Miss STI. I didn't want to give people the impression that I'm a walking venereal disease.
And no, I'm not THAT interested in his car to want to stalk him. I get enough of him at home, I don't need to up my intake on the internet too much.
I've been meaning to join for ages but haven't had the time nor the right name. So, thanks to Damien for the title. :-D
