Case, crank and flywheel expertly machined by Mr DB.
Check the weight removal of the crank in particular.

But why

Thanks for the vid Barry....:tu:

Frosty's a tough racer. He went on to win the bracket.
No secrets. With DB's assistance I'm trying to get a 1916 NA motor ready for Jamboree this year.
DB has worked some magic on the case, crank and heads. I'm just gathering a few more parts in the interim.
This is a side project to the turbo and is keeping with staying under 2ltr.
He's a bad influence Daimo. Or good depending on how you look at it.

1915cc is all I build, not 1916.
Wont be a mega screamer, 7000 will likely be the limit.

Technically correct 1915.38cc (using Pi as 3.14159265358979 as used in excel)

but I think the norm rightly or wrongly is to round up.....:dork:

haha, yeah nothing exciting with the heads Marcus,
they are just some old VW heads I traded in on a job.
very small port with 42 inlet, 36 exhaust.
I would have to look up the flow figures, but apparently had about 110 at the wheels on a larger engine.

Thanks for sharing, Dave/Andrew

If I only had 5.38",I would definately round up to at least 7 inches.
