it's all coming together well so far so there are bound to be snags somewere.
pipes are alot shorter than last time,we thought we would go from one extreme to the other(lenght of primary).
it use to be 60' now 37' from head to end of collector.we also used stainless looks alittle nicer.it proberly only going to get wrapped anyway.
i am making a titanium muffler.so i will post up some picks if i don't get the shits and give up.i am so tired bt the end is so close i can smell it.

collectors are easy when you have abit of practice.
and i have had abit
the hardest bit is trying something new,coming up with the design,and making it work.
the mufler will take heaps more of my time.titanium has to be cut perfect.and ultra cleanbefore welding.

yeh stan,they are one of my personal favourites of the hole car.1/2 the weight of standard ,i love em.
maybe i should look at getting jenny graig to sponsor my car.it lost over 100 kg's in just 8 weeks.with easy to follow steps it was so simple.

37" is short for the primaries compared to what you had mate. I'm running 41" on my type 4 2.0L and could make them shorter but then I'd have
pipes hanging out the back and in a lowered bus that can spell trouble.
