hi mick, awesome car popped in on westi after i was told it was just
down the road from vvds, very glad i did despite horrid roads & crazy sydney traffic though. looked far better in person despite the layer of
dust, everything fits quite nicely, get some bigger brakes for the thing though when its done your going to have to put videos on youtube of starting driving etc etc etc, im curious to know if it will sound &
go as good as it looks

Hey mate, when did you go by? I still havent actually seen it with all the plumbing in place - Westi reckens it looks awesome. You probably understand
why i wanna keep the beetle box - its tight ay!!!
Thanks for the nice comment - people seem to say that alot (looks better in person) - will have to take some vids and good photos once finished.
Big brakes? YES - but gearbox first - gearbox by christmas, big brakes probably mid next year.
Sorry i have no photos, went in yesterday for a look but they'd gone home early. good to know there human at westside mufflers and don't work there

late friday, & had the pleasure of start of nsw school holiday traffic from there up the F3, i pray you have a good solution for the box as its a
little late to change your mind & no there isnt much room at all under there, that said what is there already fits quite nicely, slighly concerned
how low the oil cooler/ radiator for the cooler sits but theres not really any other options left in the rear, unless you wanted to cut ducts into
guards or have a whale tail & mount it in there your
definately going to have to find better quality road surface to drive it on when its done, sydney gets worse each time i visit

STIDUB - yeh the radiator for the intercooler is low, but the sump and oil filter is lower - so if i hit im in trouble. We'll have to wait and see
what happens.

Surprisingly you can get to all the 'serviceable' needs of the engine - all the stuff you need to get to you can, unless it needs serious work
obviously. Brad did an awesome job of making sure everything that needs to be serviced and changed on the engine is accessible and removable.
