Not 17 inch wheels but heading in the right direction. Here you go beetle 16 inch centres
$250 each plus shipping from europe
$75 per new hoop
$65 fitting per wheel
$?? Hubcap clips
$?? Blasting and paint
Roughly $500 per wheel
And not a great choice in hoop sizes.
