Currently own a matt black 76 bay kombi camper with a 13B turbo rotary. number plate VWT04
Recently made 405hp @ wheels on dyno with a sliping twin plate clutch. With lower boost, ran a 13.2 @ 105mph due to clutch and 18"wheels.
After I run mid 12,s, I have an RX8 13B 6port engine (200rwhp) to put in it.
Just bought a 64 type 3 notch, and have big plans for it.

Hi Aaron, good to see you on the forum. Your a bit of a cult hero you know. Lots of people talk of this mysterious 13Bturbo camper You also get crazy rumours invented like the department of transport made you
detune it to 250HP cos it was too powerful
Ah, some of the crazy rumours I've heard about my own car...

Just imagine the rumours when I put the motor and box from the kombi in the 64 notch!!!:bounce
An IRS and a big brake conversion will be first step.
I have another project, a 71 type 3 square back.
It will have new paint and 18's. I have a spare 13B turbo rotor that my girlfriend wants me to put it in for her.
this will have an auto.
As i have always done all my own fabrications, i'll do the adaptor plates, maifolds, brakes, ect.
This will definitely stir the enthusiasts, but i only do it to suit my own needs, $4HP.

Hi there everyone, theres been a slight change of plans.
I sold my wild 13B turbo :cry but not to worry cause I just put a 20Btt in the back of my bus:thumb.
I haven't finished it yet, but hope to have it at the gold coast vw show.
My girlfriend now wants the cosmo 13btt with a/c, cruise control, factory computer.
Still have a series 4 13bt for my notch(I think its a 62)
New number plates 20BVW, cool hey!:P

Still waiting on an eletric water pump, should be later in the week. welded an ally header tank and moved alternator to the side, this makes room for
a water-air intercooler.
The bus now has a magnificent sound!!!
The radiator is between the chassis.

Hey wes, sequential turbos are not so easy to set up, even on a dyno. Set up in a twin system it seems like the small turbo wants to blow through the
big one.
So trying different gating systems for three hours, decided to tune it with no boost.
Running N/A but with turbos restricting the flow, the 20B made 190HP @wheels (140kw)
This will get us down sth for xmas. A TA45 garratt is the plan for feb, this should see 450+hp from stock internals.
Love that 20B rumble:P

My EJ20 twin turbo finally arrived last week but haven't been able to get my hands on a 915 or 930 box yet
Got carrera 4 brakes (4 pod calipers all round), roll cage, plexi side windows+Naca air ducts for the intercooler, Red Koni suspension, Käfer Cup
brace and racing bukkets (think that's about it for now
Ordered a modified loom + computer from offroad customs but that might take a week or two.
And the car will lose a lot of weight: the plexi+ 4 carbon fiber fenders, cf trunk+hood+running boards and a completely stripped interior
