Never saw a second of the game.
But I did take 8 train loads of yobs (of both persuasions) to the event. Trains were that packed I ended up letting people in the cab with me.
I had people shaking my hand & taking my photo, all English, one woman done my hat in red & white ribbon.
The English would have to be the most freindly group I've hauled around the city & although I didn't see the game, I'm pleased
their team won....:thumb
As for Howard being a disgrace.....What's new?
Well my friends are gone & my hair is grey, I ache in the places where I used to play.

Yeah John Howard was a bit of a loser - not even shaking hands in Marting J, before handing over Bill ... but the english guy was a bit crude putting
the medals over the Australians heads too ...
Bloody great game ... we were up, we were down ... and some good moments ...
good to see that the english did actually change their style of game ... unlike the french game - they gave it a real shot - and Catt took some of
the first hand advice from Jonah Lomu gave hime some years ago ..
