yeah it'll be fun. But sadly... I'm not in charge of itinery planning.
I have learnt from last year though. Im bringing 2 suitcases this time! One with thermals the other with my swimmers.
Melbourne: One of the few places on earth where you get hailed on and sunburnt in one day.
Will never forget the couple who looked like they just stepped out of a wedding party and sloshed around in knee deep mud last year.

Yeh, the weather was pretty miserable for the DO last year. You're right Melbournes weather is far from predictable. As the song goes

Don't worry about hosing the car, we are in the middle of a drought and have water restictions in place....I needed an excuse not to wash the
car...Last year I was in Margaret River W.A. and it was freezing there as well. It wll be OK this year, I can feel it in me bones.

I was there a couple of months ago but had a hire car
Was staying out near Windsor, so many nice VW's out there.
I missed being in Bel so much couldn't get the VW community wave thing happening
Guess if you've just done the Sydney to Melbourne drive the last thing you want to do is drive some more?
