Although i was only there an hour it was a lot of fun and i got to see some cars that i hadn't seen before. I think most people heard me leaving (he
he he) and as i was boring down the highway doing a 110 this really low yellow/brown Kombi with two massive exhausts out the back and a really big
ripcurl sticker on the back full of people waving passed me doing about 130+ i reckon. Anyone know who it was? I saw it again the other day near my
house in Redland Bay so it must be local. |

lil dub, My car was there parked next to the table where you sign in and get raffle tickets (if you weren't accosted around the show by Klub members
that is  )
I was the person running around like a headless chook worrying that things might go wrong :thumb usually behind the table or announcing stuff.
Rustbucket68 was handing out the trophies and pineapples to the winners if you were still there for that bit of the show.
How about for next year we have a forum get together in the Gazebo area The Pineapple has? It is located at the bottom of the hill below where the
Beach Buggys were, just along a bit and to the right, it's a lovely little area with shade (of course) and chairs around too.....
I'll have a chat to them and make sure they don't cut down any trees before next years show, seems the shade was what everyone liked best about it!
