Rhys,
sorry haven't had a chance to, been very hectic here over the w'end. Wheels have your name on them till you see pics and decide. What Cover you talking about, text me about it. Rhett is taking the Rag top, he's got it all loaded up with stuff and also a '69 Kombi chockers full of bits for his future projects.

Brad,
Yeah you can part them out, ring me on 0417388738 to see if it's worthwhile coming down.

Cheers, Ian.

:cry
this is so wrong.
it's like selling off a museum!!!! criminy!!!! years and years of collecting all going up in a few weeks like a mass disposal just feels bad. I wish we could somehow preserve the lot, maybe a horde of panelbeaters should descend like elves on the property and fix em and hide em away....
maybe I'm a little weird.
it the closure of a theme park I've only ever read about. bugger. shit. have have you got a straight-bodied 76 beetle there? don't care about dents or colour, just rust and twistedness of the chassis. I'd love to rescue something.
come on people, time to dig deep and save what we can!!!

I might be able to organise some storage in Brisbane if anybody is really keen and wants to ship some stuff to brissy.

Will have to be by prior arrangement however. Just a thought.

Hi Ian

Sad to see it all going and probably being lost to the earth god. Has anyone claimed the 53 oval. just after a shell of an oval.

Thanks

Oh man! Well, I guess that's a good thing in the sense that at least they won't be scrapped.

I like the 'hire a car mover' idea.
