Lets look at the big picture, (and this is coming from someone in Queensland who was glad MYLK went early).

Here we have a restaurant that on, I think, 4 different occasions it was up for nomination because, for whatever reason, after voted on by other chefs, reveiwers etc it didn't cut the mustard.

So at the end of the day you can have a restaurant with below par food, service and ambience, that is still loved by the public. Does this make this restaurant rule ? or was it won on popularity for the underdog, all because one judge said "your not in the top 5" instantly creating voter backlash against the judge and his comments and creating support for the battlers.

I say this believing their chef Iain ,a true character, wasn't able to perform to his true potential.

My thought on who should have one Sydney those guy's created what they originally set out to achieve.

Just my opinion

When are they gunna ditch this reality TV crap!!!

I work in this industry, and the network bigwigs are shitting themselves with laughter over Reality TV. It costs nothing to produce (I know it looks otherwise), and if one station does it, the others have to do it to keep their profit margins healthy. That's why it's happening all over the show. It isn't relevant anymore what they produce, as long as it is done in the "remote camera's catching unscripted drivel" kinda way. It's killed many a player in the industry, and if you know some of the faces that are now lining up for unemployment, it's really sad. There is a human face to the tragedy.

The other human face, is that people's expectations have dropped so much. Don't underestimate the power of the tube as a social educator and mirror.

Sorry, I'm getting too passionate about this aren't I. Back to the usual crap then.

Poo on toast! I'd rather eat that than in Perth! Bollocks bollocks bollocks!

BTW Sydney should've won!

That better?
