just bought a few jets.... very expensive way to buy brass. mine's never detonated, but I'd like to sort it really really well on a dyno, so I'll wait till then. no sense melting a piston screwing around in my backyard.... :D
also will be fun to see what the twin plugs do to the torque curve

Guys
When I fitted the twin plug heads to my Ducati (900SS air-cooled) the power gains were mostly felt at low and particularly mid-range.
The top end actually suffered a fair bit untill we re-curved the ignition and pulled quite a few degrees out of it up top. With 2 flame fronts during ignition, the combustion process is over pretty quick sort of mimicking overly advanced ignition and altho the engine did not detonate any more thatn usual, it lost a significant amount of power as the revs rose up high in the range.

It felt pretty much stock after that. No real gains to be had above about 5000rpm but below that was really grunty.

Stan's new dissy is custom curved to suit the twin spark setup, and has less advance than usual built in, so it's a bolt on mod. gotta love simple bolt on mods :D Steve, I'll post the torque curve/line just for you... since you missed out AGAIN on seeing the latest development last time I was up your way. sorry bout that btw:beer
