Seat belts

Seat belts were compulsory from about Sept 1971.
However if they are fitted you must wear them

How much would it cost do ya reckon for belts to be put in a 1962 beetle and approved?

I would ring Vicroads and ask them. And get his/her name if they say you won't need them.
