I havent really done anything yet, the first part I will be doing is the pan restoration and lowering etc.

Just a quick update. The chassis is now resident on 2 saw horses in the garage, with only the front end left to strip off.
I spent all the money I had saved for the pan recon (Sorry Brad ) on my
squareback so its all been pushed back a few months.
In the meantime here are a couple of mock up shots of how the new dash might look with a nifty fuel gauge I found.

Hey boss, dont mind the dash idea. more to the point. The fuel guage. Do you know exactly what it came out of? How do you re-calibrate a fuel gauge to
register as if it was the correct gauge for the sender unit? So far project is lookin good. Heaps of potential.. Keep us posted.  |
