Here`s the adjusters I made.
They are basically 5mm steel plate based on the swayaway idea. I cut a slot from the bottom grubscrew to the next dimple 90degrees around from the grubscrew hole.
If I had more resources I would make the centre piece out of solid ally like swayaways and fit longer grubscrews.
It works though and I`ve done about 15,000K`s on them with no problems.
Cheers
Graham.

57 that’s great for a home job, are you going to notch the spring plates?? or remove the rear bump stop?? do you have any probs with bump steer? I have found with mine , the ride is great but still looks a little high in the front see picture he rear sits fine for me see picture, I’m looking at dropped spindles with a bit of a tub job to get the front wheels just sitting under the front guard and i'm going with bigger diameter tiers ATM i have 50 series I want to run 60's on the front. i don't want the front to be on the ground but want the illusion of it being low with the tiers under the guard
cheers

I think notching the spring plates might compromise thier strength so I`ll grind off the stops.
I did have the idea of cutting and turning the whole end of the torsion bar tubes to gain some clearance. Big job though and a bitch to get in there to weld it back on!
Plans for your bus sound cool, I want mine lower but then you get into the whole tubbing business, don`t really fancy sitting in the middle with the steering wheel and pedals over to my right!
Cheers
Graham.

You talking about mine or Wacked1`s Bus?? They both looked bloody rediculous anyway. Mine looked even worse in that first photo because I had just fitted the low profile tyres.

from memory it's 2 splines but memory isn't all that good, but i have a v8 in the back of mine weighing it down a bit, i'm running 16 inch rims which give the illusion of it being lower in the rear.
cheers
