    On 1/7/2003, Anthony responded to me that people should e-mail him with their orders.

    I suggested politely, in a return e-mail, that since things were so late, it might be a good idea if he e-mailed the people with known outstanding orders as a sign of good faith. I mentioned you and Judy by username, specifically.

    Unfortunately, I didn't hear anything back nor have I had a chance to follow back up.

    I've edited the first post to reflect the status as *I* know it... Can everyone with an outstanding order please follow those instructions, and I'll attempt to get things moving or refunds given.

    We also run a business too, and if made my customers wait nearly 3 months for their orders. I would be doing my utmost to compensate them for their patience.
    (By the way it was only a suggestion)
    I think it was handled very unprofessional I had to track my order down, via emails & numerous posts... heard nothing
    & was then told my order was in the mail....& it wasn't.
    & I'm not the only one this has happened to.
    Don't make me out to be the bad guy ... I'm only saying, its not good business practise to treat customers like that.
