The other half owner of Helbus is Fleur my wife, and she also has a Beetle, so I have voted for her. I only owned Holdens and Datsuns before getting
involved in these "Bizzare noisy flimsy ugly" contraptions, and now I am addicted.
I have even sold one of my Holdens to up the ratio on our premises.

I got this as an original quote in John Muirs 'idiot' book. It is written somewhere in the history section. If I recall it may have been an
American that said it, and so the British resurrected the factory.
Fine job they did too.
One of the first things I got when I got into VW's (converted) was get John Muirs book. It has been read from front to back at least three times,
and used for at least half a dozen semi-major mechanical jobs.
I have even been able to convert a friend to get a bug after she read parts of the book and realised it wasn't just a car from A to B, it was
going to become a lifestyle.
That is something I don't get with the EH. I prefer to drive the Beetle or Bus most of the time.
