It has actually been about 9 months chipping away at getting her on the road and it feels so sweet to be able to sit in that drivers seat and turn the key on a daily basis:thumb:thumb

Glad the 8 spoke fit. Did you raise the car? They do look good.

thanx guys, big thanx to Steve aka stephenianjames for helping me out regarding transport, battery, electrics, etc.

For those guys who have said negative things about the guy on this forum, shame on u cuz he is the most genuine guy going around and loves vw's.

Cant wait to see the KG Yamez, give me a call when u get it and I will come around.

Hey Paddo,

Is that an original Pigalle interior in your Fastback? Very nice!

Hey Paddo,

The Pigalle interior was a 1966-only color - Red. It was different than the other Red interiors though, and I think it included a Red sterring wheel and Red dash pad.

Anybody here have any experience/knowledge about the Pigalle interior?

Dennis

Someone scored a nice notch about 8 months ago with a Pigalle interior but not much more info was available on the car - just in case someone beat them to it. It looked in damn good nick too.:thumb
