hi craig
a 1600 twin port out of a beetle has only done 50,000 k's
before a tree fell on it & sat for many years as well as the gearbox
see how it runs for a while if not strong enough go the extra plugs:tu:

yep got back okay the moonbi moonbi hills were a bit slow going up
didnt make dorrigo before dark it was as foggy as from armidale to dorrigo
specially from ebor rain fog & dark a bit hairy then on the pacific h/way
15k's from home cut off by larry perkins semi on its way to qld.
ingall must have been driving decided to pass me with about 30 mtrs
left in the slow lane had to break hard with the load on & doing 100k's.
i mean there was 4 cars behind me & then the truck, none of them passed
only the truck at the last minute, will be ringing & a formal complaint will be
lodged it was close, too close the split moved on the trailer.
wally
deon dropped the trailer off this morn & a bloke there wants to buy the shorty already.

yep im flat out trying to get all the bits & pieces ready.
when the repair work was being done steve was going at an
easy pace then he had a major bit of operation which slowed him
up so i thought this is cool not to hurry, well i have been caught out
the paint work will be finished in less than a week so now im in trouble.
first coat of turkis green went on wednesday 3 coats all up anyway i ordered glass today have a bloke ready to do headlining & steve in sydney to do the irs.
3 coats then clear coat all over, it will be unwise to drive it due to immenant damage scratches stone chips & whatever else but its not a picture its a car.

in the booth first coat
