How is the car coming along JVl???
Got the new ecu yet...if so, how about a new, in depth article on your car. What you have done and why you chose that path would be great for anyone
who has not seen it or knows about what you have done.

G'Day Jak,
Unfortunately (for me!) I'm not leading anymore, I was so sick I couldn't attend the Ringwood Hillclimb, even though I was entered, Nathan(bat69) is
leading now.
But I'll drive to Bulahdelah next month and kick his arse.... Right Nathan? Lol!....
Oh, and if anyone was wondering, I've been "twin-plugged", VERY interesting.
I'm driving to Bathurst and back this weekend if anyone is interested in a cruise (read, "road race") and I'm just building the second CDI
ignition and the twin electronic tacho's.
Will look a little strange having 2 tacho's reading 8000rpm at the same time..... hehe...
P.S I'll be DRIVING the car to Adelaide and back for the Australian Hillclimb this year too, in '94 I missed out on winning that by .006 of a
second, and I'm still pissed off about it, so it's time to redress that and have a Beetle win down there.

U should definanlty write a journal on your trip to Adelaide, most people wouldn't beleive that u drive the car to & from the track.
CT & I will be at Oran park on Sunday if u want to pop in on your way home from Bathurst.
Sorry to hear your not leading the championship anymore, after all your years of hard graft u deserve it.

John and I did chat last Monday, and cleared the confusion about non-vw conversions. The stories have been in the pipeline or que in 2005, and Issue#9
for 2006 should see the first of these appearing, either as race related vehicles, such as JVL, or feature car. VW motorsport will also grow to
include more circuit racing and hill climb, as well as recent rally achievements.
