The average trip From Sydney to Melbourne is 9 hours, in a Dub it's probably longer. Add the couple of hours it takes to get from Newcastle to
Sydney.... and another couple to get from Melbourne to where DOVW is held.... :P

woohoo! pressure's on. my bay will miss the day again (3rd year running!) as it will probably have just arrived home from Berry Springs NT by then,
and i will have no where near enough time to rebuild the engine (head stuffed, and maybe more), relocate the radiator, fix the handbrake and tinker.
instead, depending on the condition of my $400 t3 wagon when it arrives today i will be cruising in either a 72 wagon or 72 notch, depending on the
work needed (both need minor paint/panel, wagon needs a bit more bodywork, interior work, seatbelts plus?... notch needs engine out of wagon... see
which is easier tonight) so i got some long days ahead to get one of those 2 registered, rat look is DEFINITELY the go.
