Finally all of those jobs that had to be done before the body goes onto the pan have been done. It's been a bit like building a big city office tower. A hole is dug and a year later all you can see is still a great big hole. Then suddenly up goes the building in a flash. The preparations are over. Now it's time to get the SR assembled. HOORAY!!!!!

I got 2 Hasegawa 66 beetle model kits and the Type 2 Panel kit.
Volkswagen book from the outlaws.
Dad found some of his original VW tools and gave them to me when we visited.
