Cat minding fell through. :( :( Finally got on to her last night through MSN Messenger :( Four days without humans - I don't think I'd have a house to return to.

I think I needed to have been less dithering about Tuesday last week.

This stirred up my memory!!

In about 1974, I bought a beetle for parts this colour that had had a fire in the eng compt. We were living in my parents house at the time while they were living O/S & they had a very large crawl space underneath. So I went rummaging around & found the stub axles, trannny & a near virginal bonnet!! Bonus!

Still catching up after being away....

Very very nice dave! I'd only take 0.05 of a point off because its not a type2!

So what's next in the pipeline - everything we've seen seems to be done?

No dont like white walls or dirty walls is what you call them after afew days.

The bloody things get dirty too quick n some times get loose n fall off.

No there not for me...
maybe a flash down the side or a full Euro look with the wholes side panel in light grey, to match my interior.

Just wait till the Judosn gets fitted

Atlas ones are made out of white rubber. I thought they were always made of white rubber.

They fit so flush with the tyre people think they are real whitewalls!

Im really happy with them:kiss
